Happy CNY!!! Today is 1st day of chinese new year. Again, i spent it with dada. We had spent quite a few of the festivals together. Hope more to come in the future.
Dada veri handsome today. He wore a white shirt with red stripes and jeans. Looked veri smart. I hope he can wear smart clothing more often. Cos seldom see him wear. I wore a white bare-backed blouse and grey pleated skirt. He came to my house and picked me up. Together with my father's cab, we went to grandma's house. 1st time bring him to see grandma. My grandma so happy. Glad that grandma likes dada. Most of my uncles and aunts have left. We are the last ones to arrive.... sigh... Missed a few ang pows. But nvm lah. We seldom visit grandma. It is nice to keep her company and chat with her. We had lunch there then dada send us home and i follow him home to visit his mum.
Dada so sleepy, doze off while i am updating my blog.... hehe.. shhhhhh
dun disturb him.... ^^

Today is eve of chinese new year. It is the day we had reunion dinner with the family. 1st time i had early reunion dinner at dada's house. Then went home help out my mum and had dinner again. After dinner laze around for a while and take my shower. While waiting for dada, i painted my nails. Dada really very slow, shower so slow, i waited until so long. He then came to pick me up to go chinatown. In the end, missed the firecrackers. Only saw a bit of the fireworks. We walked around chinatown and take a few photos. Later we went to cineleisure, planning to watch movie. But the timing not matched. Also, dada wanted to watch 'zodiac - the new beginning'. But it is only shown in the afternoons. Dada so disappointed. Other movies he not interested or i dun feel like watching. In the end, we went home. It was quite late. I guessed i will wake up late on the 1st day of CNY.

CNY coming, so have to look pretty and nice. I had booked an appt at kelly salon to do rebonding. It is near dada's house. I had taken 1 day leave to do my hair. Went to the nearby coffeeshop to have lunch, then went in at 1pm for my appt. The hair stylist, Aries quite nice. She offered me strawberry biscuits and a cup of tea.
The whole procedure was very tiring. I read 2 mags. Later too tired, close my eyes to sleep. I really doze off. It took me 5 hours for rebonding and 1hr 30 mins for colouring. I chose purple red for my hair. It looks like black, but under sunlight, the colour is very nice. Hehe i like it.
Dada is the 1st person to see my pretty hair. He so happy and wanted to touch my hair. But his hand is dirty, i dun let him touch. He working mah, went to sites so he perspires a lot. Very sweaty. After that, i went to his house for dinner. Everyone says my hair is pretty.... Though tired but it's worth it.

Last nite, i had a terrible headache. Dada fetched me at serangoon mrt taxi-stand. He brought me to see doctor. By the time i saw the doc and taken my medicine, it was 9pm+. So late, both of us very hungry. I bought fish soup home and we shared the soup and fried rice (my dad bought). He saw me took my medicine before he went home. The doctor gave me 1 day mc for tml to rest.
This morning, i meet dada for breakfast. He was not working, going for reservist. This is the 2nd time i saw dada in army attire. After breakfast, he drop me at the axs machine to pay bills. Then send me home.
Lunchtime, my mum cooked porridge. After lunch, i felt better. I help my mum clean up the house a bit. CNY coming. A lot of housework piling up. Poor thing see her do so many things by herself. My 2 brothers seldom help her.

060114 is dada's 30th birthday
I went to chris house the night before to make a cheesecake for him. Cos cheesecake is his fav. Dat evening, he send me to chris house, wow chris house so far at jurong west. Luckily still manage to find the way there. He a bit sad after sending me there. He misses me mah cos he want to see me the first minute his bday arrives. But i have to make cheesecake so cannot accompany him.
After making my 1st cheesecake, i realised that not easy to make one. But for dada, it was worth it when i think of him eating the cake.
This afternoon, he came over to chris house to pick me and the cake. We went straight back to his house cos the cheesecake is melting. His mum, sis, brother and juve were all at home. So we each had 1 piece. So full after eating the cake. Everyone says it was nice. Except the biscuit base could not stick well to the cake. Dada says still can be improved. He says the cake very cheesey and nice. So happy.

Hope dada enjoy the cake. NO present for him dat day, only gave him a cake.
Actually bought a hp headset for him earlier as bday gift. It's something he needs.

Today, went to celebrate grandma's bday at east coast seafood centre, udmc long beach. My mum ask me to bring along my bf. I replied her he got something on.
We take cab down, not sure of the place and alighted at marine parade. Wrong place....aiyo.... Called my cousin and took another cab down. This time finally found it. But raining heavily, all wet. So happy to see grandma, cos long time din visit her....opps! I went to wish her happy birthday, she so happy. My grandma is 82 years old now, i didn't realise.
Wat a heavy dinner...... going to gain a few kgs.
We had a long walk to the carpark, at least can digest the food. I held grandma's hand, so nice walking with her. She told me her eyesight no good now, cannot see clearly. I feel sad for her. We chit chat, she ask me about my job. So long didn't chat with her oredi. Later we reach carpark, and my uncle send us home.

2005 was killed!!! 2006 is born........hehe
Yesterday countdown was fabulous... Nice fireworks. So romantic to see with your loved ones.
Glad that the last person i saw in 2005 and the 1st person i saw in 2006 is xianghui. My dear dada.... We took a few pics. He captured some shots of fireworks... but not good enough. Neptune is really a good place to watch the fireworks. Nice view......wow!!! So crowded too. We had difficulty leaving the place. Then we headed down to kallang mcdonald to write diary. A lot of ppl went there too. The queue is so long. Seems like everyone went there after countdown..... Dada so sleepy but still have to write diary and accompany me. Poor thing. We had supper there, finished writing. Then he send me home.........
Wat a day!!! Hope today marks a better beginning for both of us.
